Cody, our service advisor, offered an emergency service appointment as soon as we phoned from the Florida Turnpike with diesel engine trouble late on a Friday afternoon. Cody is an extraordinary human being who went over and above with a loaner and even offered accommodations when he found out it would take several days for the parts to repair our 2024 Mercedes Sprinter. Mercedes' attitude and efforts are rare, and they made a difficult situation bearable.

I can't say that I've had great customer service experiences at auto dealerships. However, at Mercedes North Palm Beach, I have only experienced first class customer care. I went over to Mercedes Benz of north Palm beach because I had some questions about my car and I haven’t been able to find someone who really knows about the product until I met Juan the concierge, although I didn’t buy my car from here he took the time to show me all the features and was very polite and patient with me. Ashley jakubowski in the service department is a literal goddess! She has helped me service my car for years now and is always so thorough and quick! I walked in today with leaking radiator fluid and Ashley being the superstar that she is, immediately took care of me and got me a loaner car when I was told over the phone by Mercedes that they had none available. She got me in and out in under 10 minutes. She is the sole reason why I continue going to Mercedes of north palm.
I’m beyond frustrated with Mercedes. When I approached two employees standing near the G-Wagon to ask for assistance, they mumbled something and walked away. Then, another guy glanced up from his phone, saw me, and immediately went back to scrolling. The first two eventually came back and finally asked if I needed help, only to claim they hadn’t seen me and didn’t work in sales. Seriously? I recently visited Mercedes Benz of North Palm Beach, and my experience was a tale of two extremes. The procurement process left much to be desired. It lacked the seamless and premium experience one would expect when purchasing a Mercedes-Benz. This person lacked knowledge and patience. Cody is the best car salesman ever! I wasn’t aware that my dad was in the market for a car. My dad has been to three dealerships, and It was Cody that was kind, patient, and the most helpful towards my dad. Cody would show my dad all the cars he wanted to see. This dealership is amazing! One of the few excellent ones left. I had a license plate bulb out and have been having a tough time as it is but they took great care of me. Sean greeted me initially and engaged in conversation which already put me at ease and let me know I was cared for.
